These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Moatrics ("the Service"), an educational research platform operated by Moatrics. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. Moatrics is currently invite-only during early access and access may be revoked at our discretion.

2. Account & Invite Codes

You are responsible for safeguarding your invite code, login credentials, and any activity that occurs under your account. Invite codes are single-use and non-transferable. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
您須妥善保管自己的邀請碼、登入憑證,並對所有帳號活動負責。邀請碼僅限一次性使用、不可轉讓。若發現帳號遭未授權存取,請立即通知我們。

You agree not to (a) scrape, mirror, or redistribute Service data; (b) use the Service to provide regulated investment advice to others; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, disable, or interfere with the Service; or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Paid tiers are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.

All content, software, branding, and visual design produced by Moatrics remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal research purposes only.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Moatrics is an educational research platform and is not a registered investment advisor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
