These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Moatrics ("the Service"), an educational research platform operated by Moatrics. By creating an account or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Service. You must not be located in, or a resident of, any country subject to comprehensive sanctions. Anyone meeting these conditions may register; access may be revoked at our discretion if these Terms are breached.

You create your own account and choose your own password. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for any activity that occurs under your account. One account per person; credentials are not to be shared or transferred. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
您可自行註冊帳號並設定密碼。您須妥善保管登入憑證,並對所有帳號活動負責。每人限申請一個帳號,憑證不得分享或轉讓。若發現帳號遭未授權存取,請立即通知我們。

You agree not to (a) scrape, mirror, or redistribute Service data; (b) use the Service to provide regulated investment advice to others; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, disable, or interfere with the Service; or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

Paid tiers are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
付費方案以月或年為單位預付。您可隨時取消,使用權限將維持至當期計費週期結束。除法律另有規定外,已支付費用恕不退還。

All content, software, branding, and visual design produced by Moatrics remain our property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal research purposes only.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Moatrics is an educational research platform and is not a registered investment advisor. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
本服務以「現狀」提供,不附任何明示或默示保證。Moatrics 為教育性研究平台,並非註冊投資顧問。在法律允許之最大範圍內,我們對於本服務引發或相關之全部責任,以您在請求發生前 12 個月內所支付之費用為限。
